A: Yes. Discount shipping rates / options are available at checkout.

When will my order ship out?

A: Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 1 business days. Please email us at Info@themuffpot.com if your order has passed the above ship time, and we will be happy to investigate the reason for the delay.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards, and electronic payments as a form of payment through our web store. 


Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To receive a full refund, the item must be in original, unopened condition. Shipping cost is non refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Please email Info@themuffpot.com for a RMA # before returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA #.

 

Protection against defects

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: We don’t call it a warranty for legal purposes. But, If it’s not a Muffpot, it’s an imitation. Muffpot’s 20+ years reputation for its quality and durability is unmatched. 99.5% of the RMA request we get are unfortunately from knockoff products. We stand 100% behind our product. If it breaks under normal use, with no intentional abuse, or signs of physical damage (i.e ran over it with your vehicle), we will gladly provide a replacement! Either way, doesn’t hurt to give us a shout. We will do our best to assist and make things right, and get you cooking again in no time!
